“Treasured: Discovering You’re Priceless to God” is the theme of Vacation Bible School to be hosted by Shreve United Methodist Church from 9 a.m.-noon July 12-15. Lunch will be provided to the children each day. The VBS, for children ages preschool through fourth grade, will meet in the church’s activity center. Children will have a chance to make new friends, participate in creative games, sing inspirational music and understand how they are priceless to God. Martha’s Cupboard, a mission of Holmesville United Methodist Church, open at church third Saturday each month from 10 a.m. to noon. Distributing free items such as household cleaning products, personal hygiene products, baby items, toiletries and more with number depending on family size and availability of products.
